The BEST trick to beat procrastination!

Procrastination is the enemy of success.

It doesn't just happen to students, but any person with the simple desire of wanting to get a task done. However, with this trick, you can beat procrastination and help clear up your to-do list.

This trick is known as the Pomodoro method.

This includes working for 25 minutes, set by a timer, followed by a 5 minute break. This is 1 Pomodoro cycle. After 4 cycles, you can reward yourself with a longer 15 minute break.

The 25 minutes of purely focused work is long enough to get a lot of work done but short enough to keep your brain engaged before it gets distracted.

This method turns studying into a game, which the brain loves to play! By keeping yourself on timer limits, you can ensure you do not exceed unhealthily long study sessions or take too long breaks.

However it's important to not neglect the short 5 minute breaks. Take this time to fill up your water bottle, get some fresh air or grab some snacks. Don't waste this time on your phone or on social media, which would inevitably get you to spend longer than 5 minutes scrolling.

There are many different variations of this method and different timed intervals. Find what works best for you and your study schedule. We hope this helps!
